Our Partners in Care Program is what sets us apart from any other pharmacy services provider.

QoL meds provides your Community Mental Health center with a Clinical Medication Coordinator (CMC) to assist in providing the following services:

• CMC is an interface between the center’s staff, your consumers, and the pharmacy to ensure all receive superior care and services.
• Meet with each consumer to explain the benefit of enrolling with QoL meds as a customer. Your consumers make a choice to use QoL meds.
• Assist in Sample Medication Management to help the center meet their JCAHO or CARF standards, depending on your State Pharmacy Boards legal requirements.
• Assistance with the Patient Assistance Program.
• Assistance with Prior authorizations.
• CMC can be certified as a phlebotomist to provide blood draws for Clozaril and Clozapine consumers.
• Work with consumers to provide medication compliance reports to prescribers, and works to help consumers understand the importance of staying on the medications as prescribed.
